Today’s Mantra –
“Smooth is fast”

In training and racing, being smooth means using good form and staying relaxed. Smooth in the water is using good form to flow through the water. On the bike, staying low, and making good circles. Smooth running is staying relaxed, and maintaining good form. To get smooth takes practice. To be smooth makes you faster.
